Nat+ Chatbot
As part of a team, I developed Nat+, a conversational AI concept created for the FIAP Challenge 2025 in partnership with Natura. The proposal was to evolve the brand’s existing virtual assistant from a primarily operational tool into a digital beauty consultant capable of understanding users’ preferences, routines, and goals. My contribution focused on UX/UI Design, interaction flows, and the functional prototyping of the chatbot.

Process
We analyzed the beauty and skincare customer journey and identified opportunities for personalization. We then mapped usage scenarios and conversational flows, designed the chatbot’s interfaces and interactions in Figma, and implemented a functional prototype in GPTMaker to validate the concept in practice.
Result
The result was a functional prototype demonstrating how artificial intelligence, personalization, and conversational design can make product discovery more relevant and engaging.
